- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item to our return address.
- Return Shipping:
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at chen@royelltec.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items

- Custom-made or personalized items are also non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
